How long for childs blood test results possible leukemia

How long would you expect to wait for blood test results of a full blood count to try and rule out leukemia in a child if all day (tests done early morning) has passed since with no notification of anything untoward?

Yes, just agreeing with the consensus. An FBC comes back very quickly. If the results suggest leukaemia you will hear very soon.

My friend received diagnosis same day. Went to GP, told to go to hospital. Bloods taken at hospital, kept in as results were back same day. ( poorly for a while, bout of severe illness, bone marrow transplant, recovery —- and 30 years later still perfectly ok) Have everything crossed for you.
