Fat freezing

Has anyone had a fat freezing procedure? I'm mulling it over. Basically I'm a fairly slender person with a mega fat belly that nothing will shift. I've been between 9 and 10.5 stone in my adult life, but even at my slimmest my belly was 1-2 dress sizes bigger than the rest of me. It's not bloating - it just sticks out and is flabby! Would fat freezing really make it just magically melt away... Or is it a swizz? Has anyone tried it?

I am tiny. When I was in my 20s I weighed just 6 stone at one point due to illness /not eating but I still had a large belly and several times I was asked if I was pregnant. Nothing to do with eating too much or lack of exercise - I did both to the extreme. Nothing got rid of the big tummy unfortunately, it is just my shape. I have continued to have a large belly all my life but am now reconciled to never being thin in the body (although my arms and legs are like matchsticks). My latest doctor actually suggested I try eating more so I look more in proportion!

If you are otherwise very slim with a pot belly it may not be fat.

it’s relatively difficult for most women to get a flat stomach (compared to men) or a 6 pack purely because there is there are more internal organs packed in there, and they don’t always sit tidily in the pelvis.

in some cases “spot” exercises will help because strengthening the abdominal muscles means they are better at holding everything in 😂

See, I also have a short torso - my legs are quite tall, but my torso is short, and I do think some of it is just that my organs don't fit into the little amount of space there is. There's only about a finger space between my hip bone and my bottom rib - my friend can get four in there!

But quite a lot of it is fat. That's the bit I was hoping I could freeze off! I don't have enough boob or leg fat to want to lose any elsewhere. 😁
