What can I make with chicken thighs

Usually do a peri peri marinade but I'm not feeling that today. What do you like to make with chicken thighs?

This is my go to for chicken thighs as it's so easy - you just Chuck it all in the dish and in the oven - no real prep. Serve with green veg or salad. Always goes down well

Chicken Maffe with sweet potatoes, tomatoes, ground almonds and peanut butter (I kid you not). It is one of the best meals I make.

My son like sweet baby rays barbecue sauce and he has them with salad, corn on the cob and sometimes onion rings. X
