Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris - skin thing, any dermatologists about?

I have not so long ago been diagnosed with this.

After dermatologists telling me it is eczema, lichen planus etc. blah blah blah. Had it for at least 30 years....

It is one of those skin things that is barely known about. There's a great page for it on FB, but I do not want to take any medicine for it. (i.e. Pharmaceuticals) or steroids.

Done everything natural healing including Chinese herbs. Nothing seems to help except the sun. Which is not often around here in NW Europe!

Just throwing it out there if anyone has any knowledge of it, can recommend anyone or anything, highly appreciated.

I hate my red blotchy skin,

Duh! Not steroids but cortisone of course. It thins the skin.
