I keep coming across this in all my 'self help' talks.
Has anyone done this or would like to try? It's a good idea, I think, and would help me in my career and fitness goals.

Fitness would take up most of mine but I might try and think of a few more.

I would need to know what my goals were first!! In the meantime, I'm working towards completing my master's that I haven't a clue what ill do with it.
