Posted this in Pregnancy but no responses.
I've put on loads of weight due to appetite/food aversions in the first trimester and now I'm feeling more normal I'm very keen to get active again. I'm normally a regular gym-goer.
But I need guidance as to how/what/when, etc.
I did try personal training at the gym but it was pretty useless and just consisted of telling me not to lift heavy things and not to let my heart rate get too high 🙄 I'm more looking for an exercise programme to follow, mixing weights/cardio. Any suggestions??
