I have a fantasy that gets me through my humdrum days: I am going to take an academic year and travel through France and Spain. I think I'll spend a month per town, city, area. So a month in Paris, one in Barcelona, maybe one in Biarritz where I'll learn to surf, one in the alps (or the Pyrenees) where I'll learn to ski.
Where would you go? And would you spend a month, or more or less? Would you house swap or budget to rent a place....or buy a camper van?
