I haven't tried these but have used Farmstand recently and was pleasantly suprised.

I used Wiltshire farm foods delivery for my parents about 5 years ago. I thought the meals were quite expensive but you do get a complete meal on a plate - ie vegetables and side included . I think the delivery drivers can be really helpful in terms of offering to pop food into the freezer (not sure if they still do this).
I also sometimes ordered an Iceland delivery and also found their delivery drivers to be helpful .

I'm not sure if you specifically mean ready meals.

I used Iceland delivery a lot over the last couple of years. Delivery is free over £35.00 and next day slots are usually available. Even same day slots only cost what you might pay Tesco for a slot a few days in advance e.g. £6, which is why I chose Iceland over lockdown when you couldn't get a Tesco slot at all in under a week or they wanted £12 delivery.

Downside is that the variety isn't great and they don't have as many budget options as the bigger supermarkets so might work out slightly more expensive, depending on what you buy.

I found delivery was great, always within the slot and more often than not towards the early end, although I do live within a mile of the store so maybe that makes a difference.
