in July I’m starting kickboxing and BJJ classes, if you’re familiar with the sports you know what im on about. As a woman I ofc have periods, The most exercise I’ve done on my period is running.
im just concerned with the movements I’ll be doing that I’ll end up leaking blood everywhere, which would Kill me off . To anyone who does sport, do you have any tips/clothing suggestions?
