What time to pubs shop serving/shut ?

DH went out last night to a pub and so I expected him home around 11.30, because I assumed that last orders is still 11pm. At 12.30 I woke up and he wasn’t home, so started to worry.
He turned up at 1am saying pubs stay open longer these days.
So what time do they stop serving ?

Depends where you are surely? Our local shuts 11:30 I think unless there’s no one in. City centre post pubs shut at 12/1 depending on license but there are plenty of places to get a drink open til 3

Depends! Near my house one shuts at 11, one at 12 and one at 1am

Plenty pubs stay open longer than 11! Most of the ones local to me close at 12.
