Just that really
We are still in limbo and not sure when or where we are going back or if ever.
They said a while ago they want hybrid working but over 2 years since we started wfh and still no decisions
I'm one of those who hates wfh but I'm still holding on and hoping something will be decided soon
Also those who really really don't want to go back are also waiting to hear if they will be expected to.

We are WFH with the option of going in 1 day a week, which no one but myself and 1 other colleague do (team of 30)

We will never go back to being out and about. Used to visit schools and colleges across the country. I don't miss the travel but I do miss the team, no one seems to care anymore though so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just want a decision
I have looked at applying for other jobs but I feel like it might be a grass is greener situation. I've worked there for decades

We're still WFH and were told that was it for good (except occasional meetings). Now some of us have changed our working days/hours accordingly they are backtracking and saying we have to be in the office 3 days a week. Our contracts are worded so that they can just do what they like basically (local gov).

We're on a 'work where you want when you want' kind of approach, but I am considering starting to go to the office a bit now. Our offices were always open for those that couldn't work effectively from home, and a few people have drifted back a few days a week. There is no pressure either way and no actual reason for me to need to be there, as my role is very autonomous, but I'm starting to feel like once DD starts secondary school in September, I could be a bit stuck and insular being at home on my own all the time. It's 2 yrs of WFH now, and there are huge benefits, but I think if I consider the next decade or two of my working life until retirement, I don't think it will be good for me to be only WFH. So....a different situation from the others described here, but similarly thinking about a slight reset as I consider what will be good for the actual long term rather than short to medium.
