Short with maxi dress?

I'm 5'3 with 36G boobs. Are there any maxi dresses out there that are going to look good? I love the idea of wearing a non fitting dress but think I might look like a tipi tent!

Meant to say tiered dress hence the tipi look...

I wear them. It depends on exactly how they're cut. Too empire line and it's ship in full sail. Some suit a loose belt just to give you a waist, or a long skirt and more fitted top is good.

I suppose if you wear a minimiser bra, V neck or long necklace, non-patterned plain dress with heels it would help the proportions.
Tiers that start at the waist or right under the bust are tricky to wear if you're busty I think.. they act IMO like empire line on steroids. Tiers at knee or lower are more forgiving.

I think I'd go for one with shirting at the back, v neck and a little puff sleeve, not too full a skirt.

I'm 36H and 5'3" and live in maxi dresses. I find the best shape for me are ones that tie, or are fitted under the bust and have a V or deep round neckline. Try a midaxi. I'm.5ft 5, 44dd,.and size 22 and have found this length perfect ad a maxi on me. Plenty of nice dresses on boohoo. I've also bought a few dresses from Vinted.

Little Mistress dresses are excellent, I live in them all summer. Very flattering to all shapes: I’m muscular and angular with small boobs and they manage to make me look softer; my friend with large boobs and hips looks daintily voluptuous in the same style. Some kind of witchcraft.
