Just remembered my most PFB thing

I used to feel secretly angry when my baby’s toddler cousin played pretend games around/involving her, because I thought it was confusing her and teaching her wrong meanings of words.

I never told anybody thankfully, so it’s just private embarrassment.

it popped into my head because PFB is now nearly 3 and, surprise surprise, does exactly the same with her own baby sister.

Anyone else remember feeling similar, or was this just me being especially precious?

I used to stalk my eldest at softplay,convinced some tyrant of an older child would ruin his day 🤣 even in the under 3s area. God forbid a slight bruise or scratch; I am aware now I was ridiculous.

I also left cucumbers out to warm up before serving, forbade anyone to carry him on their shoulders and pestered their pediatrician every time there was a splutter or sneeze.

My second was dragged up by comparison,I am way more relaxed.

(Still no carrying on shoulders though,it gives me the wobbles lol)
