Diet tablets orlos vs alli

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has tried orlos ? They seem very similar to alli . But they are much cheaper. So I'm a bit suspicious.

Orlos is orlistat and is the exact same ingredient as in alli but is a generic brand rather than a named brand.

I have not tried Orlos but my doctor prescribed me Xenical which is the same thing.
Be warned if you eat too much fat you might have orange oil leaking out of your bum.
