If I call in can I just change some cash to euros? I only need around £200 worth

My local one does but I'm not sure about whether you need ID such as your passport. I was there Monday and they were advertising it.

You need photo ID if you are asking for £300 worth or more - under that no ID required.

Yes you can. But if you want to buy them with a card (rather than cash) they will ask to see your passport or other photo id.

99% of places in europe will take a contactless debit card so if this is just a holiday, you may not need much cash. I think you can get prepaid Euro debit cards just for this too.

Yes, easier to pay cash. If paying by card or over £300 (I think) you need Id (I used my driving licence) was what I was told.

I have always used a comparison site like the link below. I personally have found the post office to have bad rates (not as bad as the airport) but certainly not as good as many others. For only £200 worth though, the difference may not be too much.
