Tips for looking after myself more and creating a better look?

We finally have the money and the time to invest in ourselves a bit better and so I am going to go shopping tomorrow for some better fitting and quality clothes and also get my hair cut. I think I will try and arrange regular appointments for my hair and am cutting out fizzy drinks as much as possible to prevent bloating etc. What other things do you do to help you feel good and look better without too much effort every day?

Drink a lot of water and get enough sleep.

Having a simple but effective skincare routine - Vitamin C serum and a good SPF in the morning, and then at night time cleanse your skin and use a Retinol product several nights a week and then occasionally an exfoliant (glycolic acid or similar).
Takes 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. You will see good results in your skin over time.

Also doing regular exercise - find something you enjoy (or at least don't hate) and do it a few times a week.

If you're looking for new clothes you could try going for a session with a stylist in somewhere like John Lewis or similar. They may find styles or colours that you hadn't thought of.

Regular moderate exercise (at least 5× week).

Long sleep - 10 hours at least.

Paying attention to nutrition.

Well I've started having natural looking (ish) false lashes applied every 3 weeks and I think they've made a huge difference. My face looks so much nicer with them on.

I wish! My eldest (9) goes to bed at nine and is up at 6. I would never get any time to unwind in the evening!
