Her school takes RE GCSE in Year 10 and is w the final paper but she started with impetigo last night (she gets it regularly), and normally we have to exclude her for 24/48 hits once she’s started treatment.

Other than her exam she’ll be in normal lessons.

It’s a small patch on her face, she doesn’t have school dinners so eats her packed lunch outside, I am minded to send her in as it’s so important but with her being scrupulous, WWYD?

Send her in. I had impetigo as a child and was not kept off school

send her in for the test.
cxan you cover the area of the face for the duration?

Just send her in for the exam and then say she has an appointment and take her home.

That’s the thing, I can’t drive and am currently recovering from ankle surgery and DH has to go into the office today, school is 4 miles away which is about 45 mins on public transport.

i could speak to school and see what they think, and book her a taxi which school can put her into.

Always something

If you start treatment (cream) thought could go in?
If not I think covering up way to go and then to pharmacy ASAP.

RE is in the afternoon, I think. Call the school and tell them she will arrive for the exam in the afternoon and ask them if she can sit separately due to her impetigo. They should have arrangements in place for that. She would normally be put in with a smaller group rather than in the main hall.

Husband take her (he needs to rearrange work) in for the exam, then home after.
