Can I ask anyone who has done this to confirm what documents you need to send off? I assumed just my marriage certificate would be sufficient, along with my current licence (photo card). But the form isn't clear, in my opinion. Do I need to send supporting ID or is the marriage certificate alone sufficient?
Also, does anyone know if processing times at DVLA has improved since the debacle last year? Thanks
