I thought you were talking about the smaller loo/sink room at first. I think that's quaint, great window, like the sink, and could look very nice.

I stayed with an old University friend a few years ago, they had a sunken bath (different colour). I had to have a go!

That bathroom is certainly of its time! It has plenty of space though, unlike several I've seen recently where you couldn't sit on the loo without jamming your knees into the bath or burning your thigh on a towel rail.

Me too. You could really style that bathroom out. I find all those kitchen tiles far more offensive. It’s a gorgeous house.

I wonder if the new owners will preserve it. They probably should.

Not sure I have a decent photo of the bathroom to hand but here's the toilet as we were installing it and one of the sink. Hopefully, you can see the blackberries. The sink, bidet, toilet and bath match.

God, you get a lot of bang for your buck in Swansea.

For sone reason I really dislike it, it’s over priced for the area, in need of a lot of cosmetic work and many areas haven’t been touched for about fifty years, and lacks any warmth, like an unloved rental.

Yes and this is a gorgeous area, and v pricey for Swansea, which is a hidden gem.
