What do you eat when you want something light and fresh tasting?

I go through phases where I have very little interest in food but I know that I have to eat something. I feel like light, fresh meals would be more appealing but besides my usual hummus vegetable wraps, I can't think of many.

Any suggestions would be appreciated TIA.

Not all that light since it's pasta, but I am literally right this minute eating a beetroot pasta recipe I got from Nadiya's show last week, where you blend vacuum pack beetroot, garlic, a chill pepper and a bit of olive oil, to make a pasta sauce. It's very light and fresh and you could eat it with something other than pasta, or perhaps with courgette pasta.

Honeydew melon with parma ham and black pepper.
Omelette made with red pepper and cheddar.
Prawn stir fry.
A crepe (shop bought) with berries.

A big salad with lots of interesting veg in it - or spaghetti with a very simple tomato sauce

Greek salad
Salad nicoise (you can keep it light if home made by keeping olive oil content down/using less tuna/adding very fresh crunchy salad ingreds)
Ditto faux Caesar salad made without rich Caesar dressing if that doesn't sound too ridiculous!
Asparagus (not overcooked) with dollop of boiled egg which has been chopped fine and blended with salt and black pepper, a little melted butter, a squeeze of lemon, finely chopped parsley and lots of grated lemon rind.
Ratatouille with cod. And next day with some linguine
Grated carrot and red rice salad recipe (Mary Berry I think)
Nigella's smoked bacon lardons, bag of spinach and balsamic vinegar salad (it's roughly that anyway)
Courgette and pea salad with light vinaigrette and grated lemon rind (you shave raw courgettes lengthwise with potato peeler and the vinaigrette kind of "cooks" it)
Wedge of watermelon
Melon and parma ham
Crudités with dips
Cucumber, fennel and tomato salad with herb vinaigrette
In autumn I often prepare a waldorf salad with vinaigrette rather than mayo or a chicory, watercress, and orange segment (prepped with skin off) salad, with honey and walnut dressing or a classic celeriac salad with vinaigrette rather than a remoulade.

Avocado and prawns.
Hard boiled egg and prawns.
avocado, egg and prawns
buffalo mozzarella or burrata, tomato, avocado and basil
rocket, tomatoes and handful of mixed seafood (I keep a bag in freezer - only takes 30 mins to defrost)

@goldfinchonthelawn I'm abysmal at recording quantities!

Shred about half a peeled celeriac, 2 big, sharp apples (I don't peel), 2 stalks of celery and a couple of spring onions. I sometimes add a carrot as well. I have an oxo julienne speed peeler thingy which makes it super quick.

Dressing half and half mayo / Greek yoghurt, lemon juice to taste, S&P and a teaspoon Dijon mustard.

I usually throw on a few crushed toasted walnuts at the end.

Which reminds me of another one.

Shredded courgette with mint, salt, chilli, OO, lemon juice and crumbled feta. Also nice with walnuts for crunch.

Following for ideas as I'm very nauseous due to medication; plus have issues with eating; plus need to loose 3.5 stone!!
