Anyone feel like this pre period?

Bloated, peeing lots, flabby, cold, depressed. I'm 35. Have pcos so maybe mine are worse but my God

Anyone ?

Bloated and depressed and craving sugar, it seems worse as I'm getting older.

How old are you? I feel so cold!

Fellow PCOS sufferer here, and I'm just a few years older than you.

I have very irregular periods but I know when you're coming - I get insomnia, huge fluctuations in temperature, truly awful PMT, hormone headaches / migraines, cramps, bloated, huge cravings for carbs but also an upset stomach.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, going for short walks and taking pain killers if you need them. It sucks and you have my sympathy

Also wanted to clarify on the PMT comment - I find every day things irritate me when normally they wouldn't but it's mostly directed at myself. I spend a lot of time dwelling on how crap / fat etc I am and can cry at the drop of a hat

I used to be very slim but I'm putting weight on and can't shift it either
