Can anything reduce excess skin on stomach?

I've name changed as I'm stupidly embarrassed, no idea why.

I put on a lot of weight pregnant and had a big baby, my lower stomach, under my belly button seems to have quite a bit of excess skin (I think it's skin not fat but hard to tell) though I've "lost" 3.5 stone since giving birth. I do a lot of exercise, my stomach above belly button is very toned. I'm also riddled with stretch marks and the skin down there just looks so old. I'm only 32 ☹️.

Can anything help this or just drastic options? There's definately not enough for surgery - not saying I'd want that. I just wish I could get my lower abs back. Is that a dream?

No, the only thing that can get rid of it is surgery.
i had the same after having my son at 21. Permanent jelly belly due to the 4 stone I put on then lost< I looked lovely with clothes on and like a granny with clothes off.
