To treat yourself to something what would it be? Could be 1 thing or lots of little things. For context I'm a female mid thirties

Also mid thirties. I’d take myself out for a nice lunch and treat myself to whatever took my fancy in local gift shops. Probably some nice bath products and an Emma Bridgewater mug or two…

Or shopping for new jeans and tops x2 and a few other bits, followed by coffee and cake at an independent cafe.

I’d say some things like lovely summer shoes, leather handbag, or a piece of jewellery.

Then I’d have a coffee and cake at a really good cafe (not a chain!) and relax and enjoy.
