Horseriding lessons- cost?

Anyone know what the going rate for a horseriding lesson is these days?

I’ve a family friend (horseriding instructor) who has taken my little girl a few times and won’t accept payment so I want to gift her something if equivalent value, she won’t tell me the normal fee either!

DDs are £35 for 30 min private lesson

I pay £30 for an hour long group lesson for DS.

My daughter doesn't go riding yet as she's a bit small but I recently looked up prices at the local place that I went to as a child - it's £30 for 30 mins in a group or £45 for 30 mins 1-2-1. I'm hoping at that price that she never wants to go!

Ok great, thank you! We pay for regular lessons in Ireland (similar rate) but these are ad hoc when we’re visiting family in the UK so I wanted to double check.

London area, but a private 1:1 would be £45 for a junior instructor or £55 for a senior instructor. What lovely thoughtful friends you are to each other 😊

I pay £15 each for my nephews for 30 mins.

My instructor charges £30.00 for a 45 minute session, but she's on my yard and we're good friends. Others locally charge up to £45.00 for 45 minutes.
