Please could somebody explain to me the usefulness of a combination microwave? I am looking at getting a sage microwave to match my other appliances and there is a choice of a standard microwave or a combination one
What is the point of combination microwaves? I just don't grill stuff in the microwave. Chicken salmon etc I cook in the air fryer. I don't reheat pizza! I use the microwave for heating beans, veg, melting chocolate, softening butter, heating microwave meals or leftovers and defrosting. Is there something the grill does that would be useful for me? Could I use it to make cheese on toast?
If you have a sage one touch crisp is it any good? It's only £50 more so I'm tempted as it has a defrost, melt chocolate and soften butter function. I'm also wondering if it would be useful to use instead of the oven grill and ultimately use less electric Tia
