Hello, fully vaccinated asthma suffering pregnant woman seeking experiences of other women in a similar situation please ! On day 2 of positive test but have been feeling ‘virussy’ for a few days.

Have an oxymeter on my watch and so far all
seems be ok, but I’m a little concerned as midwife said my asthma status makes me more vulnerable. Just after a little reassurance I guess. I’m 19 weeks.

Yes, think I was a bit further along though maybe 34/35 weeks back in March although hadn’t had my booster. My blue inhaler worked for about a week or so whilst I was actually ill but have been left with a tight chest ever since. Got put on the steroid inhaler which I haven’t been on since a kid.

Baby was absolutely fine 🥰 I guess you’re in touch with the midwife etc, think they call to check up on you.

Hope you feel better soon xxx

I just got prescribed antibiotics and steroids in addition to my daily asthma meds by my gp. I just hope it's all safe and will heal up very soon.
