Platinum party in the palace - anyone got tickets? Need help!

We have tickets to the party in the palace, but we’re getting nowhere with ticketmaster etc. Has anyone been sent a map or diagram or anything to say where the gates are?
Has anyone had issues with their guests details not being changed on their ticketmaster tickets? Mine just have my name on every ticket (we have 3 in total) and I only have the one email confirming one of my guests details but not the second.
i can’t travel by public transport and need to book parking etc but can’t until we know when I can be dropped off. Google isn’t helping, I just need a site plan of the concert layout/gate entrances. How hard can this be!

You won't be able to be dropped off anywhere near. How far can you walk?

@balalake electric wheelchair, and I don’t do well on bumps/pavements. So hoping to see how near we can get to drop off/park. The access people haven’t responded for a few weeks so just got to bite the bullet and find out where is nearest to park. We’re the green entrance.

Have an amazing time 💃

Don't think you will get anywhere close though and it will be quite a distance you will need to travel

We might have to do the tube and park outside. Haven’t been in the wheelchair on the tube, the step free stations is it possible? Feels a bit overwhelming. It might need to be done and better than trying to get dropped in?

Green Park has lifts. Mum has used them, walks with a stick.

We filled in the original form with the access people from the initial link from the you’ve won tickets email. They then authorised the access requirements and then we were sent a code to enter on ticketmaster. The ticketmaster app now shows as tickets with QR codes but in my name only. Ticketmaster never reply to me either, they just send an email asking “how did we do” and I can’t reply as they haven’t!
have you got your tickets through ticketmaster?

All I can say is if you have tickets, get there as early as possible. We tried to get to the Mall this morning for Trooping the Colour and the organisation around Green Park was absolutely shambolic, to the extent that we completely missed our opportunity to get to there in time. It looked fairly horrendous for ticket holders too.

LondonMaybe · 02/06/2022 11:11

@Gooseysgirl tbat sounds horrendous, sorry you missed out. Crowds are difficult to navigate for me at the best of time.

Helpful reply from the access people saying hi I haven’t had the access email or my names changed. Their reply was simply “I’m guessing you’ve had it now, thanks”.
nope. I haven’t had it. Didn’t even ask or offer to resend!

If I can find somewhere to park in the blue circle, coming from the M4, will this be doable do people think? I don’t think I can manage to face the tube from Heathrow.

@LondonMaybe try the NCP parking website. You can prebook parking for the car parks in central London. Not cheap though!

LondonMaybe · 03/06/2022 10:17

Thanks, friend is driving as she won the tickets and we’re all happy to split the parking and would rather a high amount than not go, seeing as the tickets were free.
