What meals do you cook in a week?

I’m after some inspiration to add some new meals into the rotation. We have dairy allergies in the house so no/low dairy (the DSs can have small amounts but too much and they react). We don’t eat beef. We have a slow cooker and slow cooker recipes are much appreciated.
