Three days in Sydney.

I'm due to be spending three days in Sydney in August and am planning things to do. So far I've got the bridge climb, whale watching, the aquarium, zoo and Tower Eye package ticket, the botanical gardens and a couple of beaches. I'm also eyeing up a wildlife park. Is there anything else obvious that we should be doing? I'll be with 12yo DD who won't be in the slightest bit interested in an opera house tour, so we'll just look at that one from the water, which is fine.
Due to limited time I don't want to be travelling too far out of the city, plus we're doing lots of other travelling so national parks and mountains will be covered elsewhere.

Any helpful tips from those in the know would be much appreciated Smile

Sounds like your itinerary is pretty full already!! The Bondi to Coogee walk is lovely, it takes you through some of the nicest beaches and coastal scenery in Sydney, with nice suburbs to stop off for coffee, brunch etc along the way. The water might be a bit chilly in August (though no colder than UK in summer!), but the Bronte pool along the way is one of my fave Sydney ocean pools, and you also go past Gordons Bay, which has an awesome underwater snorkelling trail.

That sounds brilliant, thank you so much. Exactly the sort of local knowledge I was after!
