What to buy 4 year old Autistic girl for her birthday?

Just that really. God daughter who is autistic is turning 4 this weekend and I would love to get her something educative (she's showing much interest in numbers) but fun for her birthday. Ideas welcomed. Thanks.

My son loved those foam numbers (and letters, but mostly numbers)that you can stick to the side of the bath. It was pretty much the only thing that got him in there for a while!

I agree that the ice cream game looks brilliant; it’s got numbers to spike her interest but also could be used to develop imaginative role play which is something many autistic children find harder to engage in than neurotypical children.
