This may be a completely stupid question - just looking for answers in hope lol

ive been insecure about my boobs since I was 15 so 10 years now, I don’t gain weight even when I was pregnant and had my baby I didn’t gain much weight and my boobs pretty much stayed the small B cup they are

and I currently don’t have a few grand to fork out on a boob job

so here’s a hopeful question from me

Got mine on finance Blush £90 a month, paid off now, no regrets Grin

I was an AA and I went to a D, not too big and very natural looking, low profile behind the muscle. People will say it's sad that it had such a big effect and that I should of been happy in my own skin, but I wasn't, it changed my life. Still does everyday when I get dressed.

Does your bra fit properly ?

I know that's sounds a daft question but the right bra can make a big difference -eg bringing your boobs more forwards can help to make them look bigger.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 31/05/2022 22:54

Gain weight. I went from a B cup to a D cup after putting on 2 stone. I'm overweight now though!

Verbena87 · 31/05/2022 22:56

Estrogen - so combined pill - has always inflated mine a bit. Not worth it for the emotional side effects for me, but could be worth a go?

Waxonwaxoff0 · 31/05/2022 22:56

I didn't gain weight either until I was about 28 and then it started to pile on. I weigh more now age 31 than I did age 22 when I was 9 months pregnant!

If you want my opinion, don’t do it.

Big boobs are very 90s - early 2000s.

If you have them then fine, but I wouldn’t seek them out.

MarmiteCoriander · 31/05/2022 23:01

Most people aren't aware that breast implants should be replaced every 10-15yrs. Depending on your current age, do you want a lifetime of debt with recurrent procedures? Could you afford it every 10yrs?

I assume you have looked into uplift bras, chicken fillets etc?

MrsMoastyToasty · 31/05/2022 23:07

Big boobs are heavy. They cause back pain. They are a magnet for inappropriate attention. They are a shelf for spilled food.
Take it from someone with H cups (home grown, not store bought as DH says).

Evening primrose oil capsules? I’m sure it was them I tried many years ago when I lost a lot of weight and my boobs ended up a bit empty and deflated. Since starting HRT they’ve grown again, so hormonal contraception might help, but as others have said, there are other side effects that may not be so desirable.

MonsterRehab23 · 31/05/2022 23:16

I wish I had the answer to that question too OP. I’m not slim either so look out of proportion. Mines have grown a bit over the years to small B due to 2 kids and weight gain though.
Ive also found using weights helps (not for size) but helps them look more defined. Decent bra to give a bit of lift and shape also helps too.

Some boobs just don't change size I think. Mine stayed a small B through pregnancy and breastfeeding. Stayed the same when I gained and lost weight. Same size when on the pill. Been on loads of high dose estrogen on and off for ivf over past few years and they have not changed at all. Only saying as these are things others have suggested on here - just so you don't get your hopes up.
