hello, slightly random request - if anyone works for a company that licenses designs by artists for homewares do they have any tips? I'm hoping to license my work to John Lewis, Oliver Bonas, Habitat - the like! (And open to others).
I have some beautiful surface patterns that I have put onto mockup templates and am hoping to send out a portfolio to prospective buyers.
I know the industry is likely competitive but I believe the quality of my product is high (I am in the design industry anyway in another role) and would hopefully be well received.
Any tips, thoughts, suggestions welcome (also if you are able to review my work before I send it I might also be grateful to send you a link!). Thank you :)
