Alton Towers - Anyone visited this week?

Hello!

We are contemplating Alton Towers on Weds (good two hour drive). Not been before with kids (10 and 12 years). Has anyone been this week? Just wondering what queues are like and whether it is worth it. We had been supposed to go last year but multiple rebooks and then dreaded covid isolation.

It's not been too bad. Around half hour/45 mins queues for the big rides.

Yup. It will be much busier this week, especially Wednesday with people tagging an extra day onto the long weekend.

Personally, I'm never going again after waiting two hours last summer for 13.
