my netflix is showing as being used in all sorts of places that i cannot believe, including outer hebrides

is it one of your kids? my son was watching something on netflix america the other day and that makes reciprocal vpn users be able to 'show' as having used your location. Not 100% sure but .......... ask your kids if they're using a vpn or whatever it's called.

When my student DD logs in on a device at her university halls it shows her as being in all sorts of places up to couple of hundred miles away🤷🏼‍♀️

Change your password and don't give it to your kids , my son gave to to a young relative because they were bored at our house and it was watched in several locations including in pakistan . They admitted giving it out to one or two people .

My DS gave out the password to his friends during a sleepover. It was then passed on to all and sundry. Just log out of all connected devices and change the password.

Do you pay for the maximum number of user? If there are really so many people using it don't you ever get a message that too many are watching?

You need to report and change your password. You have been hacked. Happens quite a lot.

I was hacked and watched my Netflix account on the TV being used in Cairo , Jericho , Egypt , Rio de Janiero , all scrolling through rapidly pn my screen. Change your password quickly.

You need to select log out of all devices when you reset the password or they all stay logged on and the problem remains

oh yes, since i found out about the various logins i have been signing out of all devices
