How horrendous will the M5 be tomorrow?

Travelling down to Devon tomorrow, how bad do we think it's going to be?

I have terrible anxiety so preparing myself for the worst!

I would anticipate very, very busy

Very busy I'd imagine, set off with plenty of time, fill up your tank before you go and you'll be fine.

It's the first day of half term in most places, which generally means the roads will be a nightmare!

We can hear the M4 from our house. It's a few fields away. It was louder than usual earlier this evening.

As in busier louder.

Today round Bristol was carnage - combination of people travelling down the M5 for half term and people heading to Cardiff to see Ed Sheeran. He’s on again tomorrow night, so I’d make sure I was well clear of the M4/M5 interchange by around 3pm.

I thought as much. I love it down there but do despise the journey!
