DD's favourite ornament is broken. She is autistic and she is completely inconsolable. Attached photo of it now (after it broke) and crappy sketch of what it looked like before it got dropped. Have tried googling but just get results for "Disney's Beauty and the Beast enchanted rose". DD's ornament is a rose and stem / leaf in a sphere on top of a black cylinder. Plugs into the mains, just has a simple on/ off switch. The rose part glows red and the stem / leaf are green. When not switched on they are metallic. How can I get it repaired or find a new one? Ebay just has loads of Disney style roses too, or roses with fairy lights wrapped around them. Not even really sure what search terms to use?? Any help most gratefully received; DD is really, really upset and her autism makes her really hate change so want to find a replacement asap (generally buy 2 of everything for this reason but this was from a charity shop) 💔ðŸ˜
there is no branding on it at all so can't search for the company who made it. We have had it about 10 years. Think it must've been quite old? Who would fix it, maybe an electrician? Are there general "menders" anymore who can just mend stuff? I hate seeing DD so unhappy. Thank you in advance...
