I hated my washer dryer. I now have separate ones which means I can wash much bigger loads and have one washing while the other is drying, so can do 2-3 lots on one day rather than having to be washing every day. I found the washer dryer was a terrible dryer, and as half my stuff doesn’t get tumbled anyway, I would have to get it all out, sort into hanging and tumbling then put it back in. If I’m doing that, it makes more sense to put the tumble stuff into a dedicated appliance that does a much better job. I’ve heard the phrase “it’s a sofa bed” used to describe something that does two things but doesn’t do either one very well!
