my 7YO DS regularly gets a mild illness where he has a fever (about 38), has no appetite and is lethargic. The weird thing is that it seems to happen on the last Friday of the month (has been 25th Mar / 29th Apr / today) and he’s always fine by the Sunday after a lot of sleep. I’m going to take him to the doctor but does anyone have any ideas might be causing this? School dinners are on a 3 weekly schedule so I don’t think it’s anything he’s eaten
Pretty sure it’s genuine as he can’t fake a high temperature and he ends up missing things he really enjoys, such as special jubilee day at school today and his Saturday clubs that he loves.
