Any tips for getting my life motivation back? It's vanished

I'm SO demotivated.

I WFH for myself, so there's no one around to nudge me or discuss projects. Done it for years and right now I've just hit a wall where i do nothing all day long. I should be working so I don't even do other stuff like redecorating the house or decluttering (which also need to be done.)

I feel permanently tired and just slump on the sofa. I don't feel depressed (have been depressed before) - it's just that I can't seem to make myself get up, sort out the day's tasks and do them. Yesterday I got up early, made a list of what I could do then went back to bed and surfed the net until lunch time. I did one of the five jobs on the list and did it pretty badly.

I really need to shake myself up and get motivated but it seems like I need to find the motivation to get motivated, if you know what I mean. DC left home last year so I no longer need to be up early to get them off to school. I am often still in PJs all morning, which I hate. Never used to be like this.

Got an appointment by phone in two weeks time. That's how long it takes these days. Pre-pandemic it was face to face within a day or so at our surgery.

Did some work today and almost completed the most important project I had hanging, so, better than yesterday. Also stayed off the wine but did eat a lot of sugar.

How did everyone else do today?

I spend my time dreaming of how i used to live when i was single. Six people at home now, and working out where to start seems insurmountable-as fast as i tidy up, more mess appears!
Ha anyone tried getting up earlier? As in 5 or 6 am-just to try to get on top of sorting and cleaning?
I work best alone, with no interruptions, but have a very full on full time job, and will be studying for a qualification as well, so something needs to change.😯
And the reality is I won't have anyone to help me...not until I've sorted out routines that work after decluttering-then I'll be giving people their jobs to do!

Feel just the same my get up to go has got up and gone!! Every time I start to feel I’m getting back to myself I either get Covid or some bloody bug that just seems to suck the life back out of me. I’m hoping the spring and summer I will feel more my old self. Even when I do something on my to do list it just takes ages to get it done I’m just like a old slug.
