I've got a big birthday coming up this summer. I'm trying to think of some fun activity to do that is a little bit out of the ordinary but am running out of ideas so thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas. It'll be myself and my partner.
I'm an outdoors person, I do a lot of walking, so being outdoors would be the preference, but I'd like to try something new/learn something/experience something different, ideally in a group of other curious people. I will be in the south-east and won't be able to travel all the way to Cornwall for example (otherwise there are several water options there), but a few hours away would be fine.
Any ideas of courses/taster sessions/experiences that could be fun for a day or 2 or max 3? Rock climbing/something on water/orienteering/photography/cycling... any ideas would be most welcome :-)
