Any dream interpreters out there?!

I'm not even sure if interpreting dreams is a real thing or just a bit woo? I keep having very similar variations of the same one though, so any interpretations welcome 😁

• I'm in my local shopping centre - it's not always my actual shopping centre, if that makes sense? It sometimes looks different, but in my dream I recognise it as being my local.

• I keep bumping into old friends from secondary school/college - my current close friends/husband don't ever seem to feature, just friends from when I was maybe 14-18, I'm now 32. (I don't see these people IRL any more or have any desire to.)

• I'm absolutely terrified of heights as I'm walking round the centre - daren't look over railings if I'm on an upper level, really struggle to step on to escalators and if I do I'm clinging onto the handle. As I'm doing these things it's like my whole perception is off, like when you're drunk and can't get your balance properly. Then I bump into a friend and cling on to them for a bit, talking and laughing, until I'm away from the railing/stepped off the escalator.

All a bit bizarre really! I'd be open to what anyone thinks though 🙂

Dream interpreting isn't 'woo' at all - dreams are just your brain's way of dealing with stimuli that hasn't been processed, whether that's things you've seen, heard, or are thinking/worried about. Some people try to use dreams to predict the future, and THAT'S woo.

From what you've said I would suggest you're feeling a bit overwhelmed at the moment, like you're out of control of what's happening in your life. Perhaps the school friends is your brain trying to take you back to a simpler time.

Dream interpreting isn't always accurate by any means, but you can often see themes in the dreams that match with what you're going through in real life.

I agree with PP.
