These reels I see popping up on FB

These reels and videos seem to pop up on my Facebook s some really random, lots of clothing ones. But are people getting money for these ? If I click through its Instagram, which I haven't used for years. I'm confused are they just doing it for their 5 minutes of fame or the likes ?

I thought that then I watched a couple of them. Some of the short clips are quite good, especially the animal ones!!

Yeah some funny ones too.
