Before anyone says, i have got an appointment, but thursday is the earliest they can see me >.<

Friday i started getting some pain above my right canine tooth.
Saturday the WHOLE of my right upper side of teeth hurt, but cold water soothed it.
Sunday it centered around one of my big molars, the tooth itself was very painful/sensitive to touch.
Today tooth no longer hurts, but there is a point above the tooth in the upper mouth between my teeth and cheek that is very sore. No swelling, but it feels similar to if you'd had an injection there/got an ulcer coming.

Any ideas whats going on and if i can be doing anything to help myself other than painkillers?

Sounds like an abscess
Clove oil works well but tastes nasty, it stops it hurting so much and is a natural antiseptic
Otherwise saline rinses, or corsodyl if you have any I wouldn't bother buy any in as saline rinse will do though

Will they prescribe antibiotics without a prescription? And do you have a temperature or any other signs of fever?

no temp/fever, i'm perfectly fine in myself other than a sore mouth >.<

That's good hopefully it's an isolated infection and you can keep it at bay until you see the dentist. It may be something a root canal can fix
