Going for a drive with the music up loud and singing along is the best therapy!

Just went for a drive last night in the car by myself for a couple of miles. Had the music up loud (was generally in rural areas so no houses really and turned the music Down when I was in more urban areas)

it was bliss! I was playing Shania Twain, Blondie and ABBA and was singing my heart out to it! Was bloody brilliant! I recommend it if anyone needs to get a break for half an hour!

Agree.

My ds is a swimmer and we often travel 2-3 hours (each way!) once a month to compete somewhere!

He plays music (he has fab taste of old and new).

It makes the journey relaxing and enjoyable.

Great idea @cuppateaandabiccie

Definitely. Sing along at the top of your lungs and don't care what anyone else thinks.
I hate it if I have someone else in the car on a long drive, although I have been known to treat them to my superb driving playlist. Grin Trying to encourage them in a bit of carpool karaoke.

Current favourites are Foo Fighters- The Pretender and Bryan Adams-Run to You.

I sing in a choir and I practice my songs when driving. It makes me feel great and I arrive wherever I am going energised and uplifted.
