Random but does anyone know if you can walk form Bicester garden Centre to Bicester shopping village ?

Maps indicate they're only 200m apart, so I'd hazard a guess that it's possible.

Yes you can. It's along the main road but there is a footpath.

Oh thanks I looked it up on Google maps but I thought I’m not sure I can actually walk there as it appeared on the map to be walking On an A road !

Put one destination into Google maps then select ‘directions’ then key in the other destination and choose the pedestrian symbol : Voila!
It says 18 mins

I often need to plan walking routes (to avoid steps) and use street view to “travel” along the paths suggested on the Googlemap directions to make sure the paths aren’t too inaccessible.

Yes, you can. The footpath is parallel to the road but separated by hedge/greenery and hard to see from "streetview" but you would see it if you were on foot.
Make sure you go round to the front of Bicester Village to get in (where the carpark is). As far as I know, there's no way through to the back (which is the side you'll come to first).
