What’s wrong with my car paint?

I bought a car yesterday, it’s a 4 year old Mazda that was in immaculate condition. I went to wash it this morning and there are small patches where the paint looks slightly raised all over the bonnet. Anyone got any ideas what on earth is happening here?

The bottom one looks like a rust bubble. The photos aren't particularly clear on my device though.

Looks like rust to me

Bird poop lime corroding the paint?

Rust.

Stone chips. They’ve been badly treated and rust is starting to bubble through. You can see the edges of the touch up paint. Should have been rubbed to bare metal, rust treated, primed and then touched up with the right paint.

Rust bubbles, shouldn’t be on a four year old car though.

They will appear in months if stone chips aren’t properly treated. You can get stone chips five minutes after driving off a forecourt. - traffic kicks up stones off the road, newly laid top dressing deiven kver too fast, following lorries carrying grit/stone that hasn’t been properly covered are just some reasons. The age of the car is immaterial!

There are about 6 over the bonnet and they weren’t there yesterday!

You’ve washed the car - and they hid it under the wax filler paint crayons and coloured polish you can buy from Halfords. You’ve washed off the cover up job.
