Totally a holiday property, that is not a proper kitchen for a place of that size, more of a kitchenette. I totally would though

It’s a weekend house - easy to get to from London on a Friday night and then lock up and leave on a Sunday. Maybe spend a week or so in the summer etc.

Holiday homes for people who’d otherwise be spending thousands on staying at Soho Farmhouse etc. I don’t think they’re comparable to ordinary houses, price-wise.

I have friends with a place like this. They like it because it’s very easy, none of the admin hassle of running two houses, just turn up. Lots to do on site, lots for the kids. It wouldn’t suit me at all as I don’t want to hang out with a load of people just like me. For someone else, this would be a selling point.
