Best discreet headphones?

Struggling with anxiety at work and one of the things that's helping is listening to audio books. We're not really meant to use headphones so I'm looking for something discreet.

If you have longish hair - then you might get away with aftershocks, and you can still hear if someone is trying to attract your attention. No one knows I wear them.
a lot cheaper and definitely discreet a are these on amazon, if seen, they can easily be mistaken for an in ear hearing aid.

Thanks! My hair has to be tied up unfortunately. Managed okay with my wired headphones last shift but something wireless would be better I think. I'm also only wearing one so I can still hear.

The ones in the photo can be worn singular and are blue tooth. The sit tucked inside your ear like a hearing aid and are flesh coloured. Cheap enough to lose unlike others!
