Romantic lunch/afternoon tea/activity in Manchester

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

We are going to Manchester for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Dinner and hotel are all sorted and we will wonder around the shops but I just wondered if there are any amazing places for a drink/cake or lunch?

Richmond tea rooms? I haven't been for a couple of years but it was always lovely! It's in Sackville Street.
