Nearest Metro station to Stadium of Light?

Can anyone tell me the best station for Stadium of Light please?

I think it has its own metro stop? Just a few mins away from memory but don't live in the north east anymore so might be wrong

I would assume it’s the one called the Stadium of light

You would think its the one called.Stadium of Light but its pretty much 50/50 between that and St Peters. I would personally use St Peters.

At Peter’s is easiest but it’s not the end of the world if you get off at Stadium of Light. Either one would be fine.

Haha, I had been told that St Peters was actually the better stop to get off at, so thought I'd check with the MN Metro Experts! 😆

My son is a big metro fan, we went to Newcastle last weekend from London just to travel on the Metro and did every stop in 1 day....anyway, one of his facts that he told me is that St. Peters was actually better to get off at than Stadium of light.

St Peter's is fractionally closer and easier. Either is fine to use
